From booking to delivery, one ticket
Book a slot
The customer links a truck and driver to their loading advice — a tentative date is set automatically, pending the manager's approval.
Issue the ticket
Once approved, the manager verifies the truck on-site and issues a SAP number with a downloadable QR entry pass for the driver.
Check in at the gate
Security scans the QR at the barrier and the vehicle joins the live loading queue.
Track to delivery
Status moves Approved → Verified → Queued → In Factory → Loaded → Departed → Delivered, visible to everyone.
